Anup Patil is a Co-founder and CEO of Intangles Lab, an IOT company primarily into Predictive Diagnosis and Driver Behavior Monitoring using a massive amount of data received through its home grown hardware and proprietary algorithms. With some great marquee customers acquired, he has stories to tell about the new venture and the challenges faced to start a hardware startup in India.
Prior to starting Intangles Anup was the Chief of Operations at Tavisca Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He co-founded Tavisca Solutions and had been responsible for the day-to-day operations and the evolution of the company into a team of over 300+ Travel Technology Specialists and profitable. As a leader, Anup managed people strategy, finance, human resources, company’s vision and alignment of resources, performance management and accountability across the board. Anup had led ’tavisca’ for three successive years among the Top 100 Best Places To Work in India, in the SME category. Under his leadership, ‘tavisca’ has scored very well as per the Trust and Transparency index amongst employees in the survey.
Prior to Tavisca Solutions, Anup did his master’s from Clemson University, South Carolina in materials science and engineering and has published research papers in the field of nanoparticles. He also set-up the Optical Society of America, Student Chapter at Clemson University.
