A Mechanical Engineer, MBA & a professional with over 25 years of experience in Automotive Industry, Mr. Niraj Hans served companies like EICHER Tractors, HERO GROUP, DAEWOO India, HONDA & FIAT-Chrysler. A Techno–Commercial with overseas experience in Daewoo Korea, Fiat & IVECO Italy, during his last assignment as Country Head for Fiat Chrysler Group Purchasing, Mr. Hans started the Global Sourcing Operations of the group during 2004 wherein parts from Indian suppliers were exported to Plants in EUROPE, USA & LATAM & reached to the level of 150 Million Euro during 2011.
At present he is Chief Operating Officer at Sandhar Technologies Limited, Gurgaon. Sandhar Group is one of the leading ,well diversified and multi-locations player in Automobile parts for various OEMs segments serving 2 Wheeler & 4 Wheelers Industry. Mr. Niraj Hans along with his motivated team is managing 6 plants spread in all Automotive clusters across India. At present his team is working on bringing new technologies to serve Automobile Industry in India for the future mobility.
